For my project, I've decided to work with pianos, and perhaps, more specifically, piano keys. I've been playing around a lot with the arrangement of the keys in my compositions and I feel the images I've posted are good examples of this. They are not so literal but still present the same common idea. For my sketches, I try to pick a theme and then run with it. For example, before I start a sketch, I'll think "I'm gonna try giving this a bolder look" or "This one I will do with a softer touch." Since the subject isn't changing, it becomes more important to develop different drawing techniques to get unique images.
