Sidewalk Chalk Art

This art style has always sort of fascinated me. I like when the artist breaks the two-dimensional plane by creating very realistic three-dimensional elements that extend the eye from our world into that of the art. Another interesting concept associated with this particular art form is its ephemeral existence. It cannot be preserved as the chalk will eventually rub away or wash away with the rain.
